We will be travelling down the Gateway and turning off at Kingsford Smith Drive, up through the Valley, over the Storey Bridge and on to the Park via Lytton Road. No toll to pay. Plenty of parking and there will be an organised tour of the Fort. Entry fees are: Adults $4.50 Concessional Adults $2.50 Children $2.50 and Family $14.00. Your return trip can be via the Gateway or back through the city. This is a piece of Queensland history and well worth the effort. Approx. distance is 80 klm through the city and run time approx 1 to 1 & quarter hours. Morning tea and lunch will be at the Fort

Morning tea stop and meeting will be at the small township of Moore. CHACC will provide the BBQ for a gold coin donation. Our hosts are happy for us to use their BBQ, fridge, urn and tables. Bring your own chairs. Any confirmations would be appreciated to Andy & Sally, Phone 41630584 or on the day 0429493244.
